Tuition Payments are managed by Facts Management. Three payment options are made available to families at WWCA. The options are listed below.
#1. Pay tuition in full by JUNE 1 (3% discount on total bill), paid directly to school. No checks will be taken for monthly payments, only full payment by June 1. After June 1, full payment option ends and families will select Option #2 or Option #3.
#2. 10 monthly Automatic Bank Drafts July - April 5th or 20th of month as selected, authorized, and controlled by payer; $38 yearly service fee per family).
#3. 10 Automatic monthly ( Mastercard/Discover or American Express) payments July- April ($38 yearly service fee, + small convenience fee per payment).
Fifth Student from any one family is free.
Application Fee; $75 first student, $50 each additional student ($225 maximum per family), non-refundable. After June 1, $100 each student; no maximum.
Re-Enrollment Fee in February, $50; after March 1, $100.
